Manuals
We bring a useful perspective to manual design because at the outset we don’t share your intimate knowledge of your products. We see them as your customers do, ask the questions that your customers would – and write the answers into the documentation. We typically exercise a sample unit and compare its actual and expected performance. This sometimes yields some unexpected results of great interest to the supplier as well as material for the manual!
We can use either Word or Adobe FrameMaker as required. Our graphics design, illustration and photography services are available for use with our technical documentation as well as our marketing collateral.
Other media too
We also work on product bulletins, website content, handbooks and other formats to customer requirements. These basically technical documents sometimes have a marketing dimension, so we can write them as a sales tool that’s authenticated with engineering background.
